This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney looking for long-term growth in a collaborative, well-established environment.
Responsibilities
Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents
Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on estate planning strategies and wealth transfer
Handling estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings
Collaborating with clients on charitable planning, business succession, and tax mitigation
Reviewing and preparing fiduciary income tax, gift tax, and estate tax filings
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with direct client interaction and managing client relationships
Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
