Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfers.
Handle all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate and fiduciary matters.
Draft and review estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on complex estate and tax issues.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans tailored to their unique needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in trusts and estates law, including estate planning and administration.
Strong knowledge of federal and New Jersey estate tax laws and regulations.
Proven expertise in drafting estate planning documents and navigating probate processes.
Licensed to practice law in New York.

The annual salary for this position is between
$185,000
and
$225,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
