Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Analysis: Deliver key insights as the trusted resource for financial data, processes, and business operations across WW Selling Partner Services Partner Services: Build financial models to address complex business questions and support decision-making; become Subject Matter Expert on P&L lines, establishing partnerships with Finance teams and training peers and leaders Strategic Partnership & Execution: Support WW Selling Partner Services organization spanning Customer Trust, Selling Partner Experience, Fulfillment by Amazon, and Bad Debt Innovation & Process Excellence: Drive AI tool development, adoption, and continuous improvement for the FP&A team; simplify and automate processes and reports; lead process improvement projects with measurable results About The Team The Central FP&A team for SPS acts as the hub for financial reporting and driving insights for leaders. We are the go-to source for centralized reporting, collaborate with regional teams across the globe, and partner with senior leaders in the SPS and broader Stores Org. We continuously strive to improve and welcome ideas to become best in class. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results MBA or CPA Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year to $128,800/year, depending on location and factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
