Talent Acquisition Coord
to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Coord, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote (must reside within 50 miles of Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK)
Pay Range:
26.43/hr
What's the Job?
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process
Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, managers, and interview teams
Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and process reimbursement requests
Initiate and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring completion of applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s
Conduct audits for accuracy, completion, and compliance of candidate information and documentation
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred
Six years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields
Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures
Strong customer service orientation and ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates
Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
