Responsibilities
Support in closing of financial statement monthly and annually
Assists in the preparation of financial statements.
Assists in projection/estimation of P&L in weekly basis
Work with external auditor for yearly financial audit and tax agent for corporate tax submission
Manage account payables to meet due
Manage journal entry in accounting system
Ensure timely and accurate transactional processing in daily operation
Prepares the daily sales report and manages daily cash control
Files withholding tax in a timely and accurate manner
Monitors accounts receivable balances through aging analysis and follows up on outstanding payments.
Collaborates with the Malaysia team to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of finance processes
Liaising with vendors and landlords on any issue on AP and AR
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
Basic knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Corporate Tax, and GST regulations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-volume tasks.
Prior experience in ERP system transitions and process optimization is a plus.
