The Influencer Relations Manager will be responsible for helping build and develop influencer relationships with key partners. They will spearhead our micro-influencer program & strategy, while analyzing and reporting on quarterly metrics to maximize program efforts and growth. This person will support the day-to-day management of our influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness/equity, support new product launches, and help grow share of voice in social media through strategic brand collaborations and always-on influencer marketing strategy. This role requires the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions while being creative. Must excel at being detail oriented and organized with the ability to move quickly. The role will work cross-functionally and communicate with internal teams such as Partnerships, Social, Consumer Marketing, and Creative, as well as external partners on campaign efforts. You will need a strong understanding of social media analytics and the evolving trends of influencer marketing. This role reports to the Director of Influencer Marketing, NA. Responsibilities
Spearhead and build out yearly micro-influencer program & strategy, including all monthly seedings, activations, & paid initiatives Work closely with the Partnerships team on all PR/Influencer initiatives Support the identification, execution of influencer partnerships, including storytelling & content creation, ensuring brand voice and identity is carried out Continuously identify new influencers/talent while deepening existing relationships and building brand loyalty Track, analyze, and report on quarterly Rare Collective metrics, maximizing program efforts & EMV growth Support surprise & delight initiatives and organic ways to drive EMV outside of brand launches Assist in the entire process, from talent negotiation to briefing, to execution, across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more Work with Integrated Brand Marketing and eComm to present influencer recommendations for potential larger paid programs Be an expert on the latest social media and influencer trends and tools, providing recommendations on new channels to test and develop new ways of partnering with influencers Participate in monthly event and mailer activation brainstorms Build and maintain relationships with influencers at weekly outings and all in-person events Other duties as assigned Requirements
4-5 years of influencer marketing experience within the beauty/cosmetics industry Strong passion for all things beauty, influencer, and social media Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Experience with creator platforms such as Tribe/CreatorIQ is a plus Physical demands
