We are seeking fun and energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. The program is overseen by Clinical Directors and experienced BCBAs who provide supervision. RBT training is provided, and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works. Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy Availability Monday to Friday in the 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. time block, with a commitment of at least 6 hours per week Willingness to travel to and from client homes; reliable personal transportation Willingness to complete onboarding requirements and initial training Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Goal-oriented and professional in all aspects of work Energetic, fun personality and ability to engage active children Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to join a collaborative professional team focused on positive outcomes Exposure to individuals with autism or special needs is a plus Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum) Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data and tech-savvy Criminal background clearance Proof of negative TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster (onboarding paid by us) Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and car insurance Active participation during sessions, including playing with the child as needed Bilingualism is a plus; higher pay rate may apply Compensation
$21.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected Hours
Part-time: 10 - 15 hours per week Schedule
Minimum 6 hours of availability during core service hours, at least 2 days per week After-school hours: 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday to Friday Application Note
