Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join their fast-growing, San Francisco–based team. You’ll play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities, building pipeline, and setting the foundation for long‑term customer relationships. This is a high‑energy, high‑performance environment where ownership, urgency, and ambition are key to success.
What You’ll Do
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation
Engage potential customers via phone, email, and social channels to identify opportunities
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage outreach cadence
Embrace ongoing training and coaching to accelerate your growth and performance
Contribute to a high‑performing, goal‑oriented sales culture
Who You Are
Based in or able to work on‑site in San Francisco (5 days/week)
6–12+ months of proven experience in a B2B sales or SDR role, consistently exceeding targets
Coachable, self‑motivated, and eager to learn from top performers
Thrives under high expectations and brings extreme ownership to your work
Act with urgency and a strong sense of accountability
Money‑motivated and driven to achieve excellence
