Dice is the leading career destination for tech professionals at every stage. Our client, K-Tek Resourcing LLC, is seeking an iOS Developer. Location: Miami, FL. Type: Contract. Onsite 3 days / Remote 2 days.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
Implement robust mobile architecture principles to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Utilize concurrency techniques in Swift to optimize performance and responsiveness.
Work with Xcode tools for debugging, profiling, and optimizing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Swift programming language.
Hands-on experience with SwiftUI for UI development.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture principles and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
Expertise in concurrency techniques in Swift (Grand Central Dispatch, async/await, Operations, etc.).
Proficiency in using Xcode tools for development, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
Knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Core Data, Combine framework, and Unit Testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS development.
Prior experience working in an Agile development environment.
Knowledge of Swift Package Manager and dependency management.
