Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Job Details
Responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Must reside in North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts or West Virginia.
All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license (paid training provided for those without one).
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Home workspace must have a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload speed. Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.

Position Details
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
