Remote Inbound Sales Representative

Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Average earnings range from $55k‑$75k through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performers can earn up to $85k+ in their second year and onward. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm inbound leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits. Use sales expertise to turn prospects into confident Liberty Mutual policyholders. Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and a customer‑centric approach. Adapt to remote work environments, maintain a professional workspace, and download high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps). Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and closing skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty Insurance license required; paid training provided if not held.
