Lawns of Dallas is seeking a skilled and reliable Irrigation Repair Technician to join our growing team. We provide exceptional irrigation services to residential and commercial clients throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair irrigation system malfunctions, including leaks, broken sprinkler heads, valve issues, and controller problems. Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to optimize system performance. Utilize a valve locator and station master to identify and resolve underground issues. Work independently to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and repair solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used via a company-provided iPad. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation repair or a related field. Basic understanding of 2-wire irrigation systems. Ability to work independently and complete repairs efficiently. Valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record. Strong English communication skills (Spanish language skills are a plus). Experience using a valve locator and station master. Weathermatic SmartLink experience is a plus. Compensation And Benefits
Competitive pay, starting at $25/hour or more, depending on experience. 4 ten-hour shifts per week, offering a great work-life balance. Overtime opportunities available. 1 week paid time off after 1 year 401k with company match up to 4%. Employment Type
