Responsibilities

Engage with customers through inbound calls, setting up follow-up sales appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism. Take the initiative with outbound calls, reconnecting with potential buyers and building strong relationships. Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries via email, phone, and text, ensuring every customer receives timely, top-notch service. Showcase your expertise in our products and guide customers to the right dealership resources with confidence and clarity. Bring a friendly, proactive attitude while collaborating with the sales team to provide expert assistance on new and used vehicles. Work seamlessly alongside fellow BDC representatives, fostering a supportive, respectful, and high-energy team environment. Follow up with customers in a timely, thoughtful manner—leaving them with a positive and memorable experience. Participate in engaging team and process development sessions, strengthening connections with teammates, the sales team, and dealership leadership. Utilize the CRM tracking system daily, accurately logging customer interactions to support the sales team in closing deals. Qualifications
