About Us: We are a growing dealership located in Englewood we are looking for Business Development Center Representatives to meet the demands of our growing business needs. We are looking to reach a new level in sales volume and need the right people to join our team to grow our brand. We are looking for professionals who understand the value of the sales process and the duties required to earn the customers trust in our organization. The right candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated.

As aBDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
BDC responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Report to the Sales Managers regarding objective
Has a desire to learn, positive attitude and driven attitude
Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for the dealership sales team in order to grow sales
Ability to work in a team environment
Follow up with clients that were in communication with the dealership to ensure positive experience and receive feedback
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
Proficient computer and internet skills
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth
Bilingual a plus, but not required
