About the role
Do you love to travel? Passionate about serving as a brand ambassador? Feel fulfilled by solving technical challenges? Our field service team specializes in keeping our machine performance strong. Our team is dedicated to staying calm while acting quickly, finding solutions, and exceeding customer expectations.
We offer rewarding, challenging opportunities throughout the world, across multiple packaging segments. If you are energized by providing best-in-class customer experiences and strive for advanced technical skills, we want to talk to you.
Modern Packaging s excited to welcome a Field Service Technician to our growing Aftermarket team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring their equipment performs at its best.
We’re looking for a motivated technician based in the Midwestern or Western United States who thrives on solving problems and building customer relationships. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical resource for customers with operations across Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
If you enjoy hands-on technical work, variety in your day, and the chance to travel while making a real impact for our customers, this could be the perfect fit.
What’s in it for you? There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team. We offer an open, communicative environment that fosters individual initiative. We pride ourselves in being a company where people are happy and choose to build a career.
In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. The education and experience you bring to a role with us matter. Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position. These components, along with local and national compensation survey data, contribute to deciding a candidate's potential starting rate of pay.
Total compensation includes your pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment!
