Job Title D365 Finance & Operations Developer (Nashville, Tennessee)
Location & Type Full‑time position based out of Lebanon, Tennessee. Relocation assistance is provided. Hybrid (Lebanon, TN) with onsite requirement at least 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Extend and optimize the D365 platform by developing custom functionality, especially within manufacturing and production modules.
Support and improve the custom MES solution, while considering future ISV alternatives.
Collaborate with architects, application specialists, and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership on best practices for D365 development, deciding between standard features and customizations.
Utilize Azure services and DevOps pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure high‑quality code, thorough documentation, and compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Essential Skills
Proven experience developing and extending D365, particularly in manufacturing and production environments.
Strong skills in X++ and a clear understanding of the D365 extensibility model.
Hands‑on experience with Azure and DevOps pipelines in a D365 context.
Background in regulated industries and/or manufacturing highly valued.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Effective communication skills and collaboration across teams.
Willingness to work onsite in Nashville at least 4 days per week, with potential travel for global rollout.
Work Environment Fast‑paced and collaborative. The team focuses on delivering advanced assistive solutions and is committed to sustainability and responsibility.
Pay & Benefits Salary: $60.00 – $67.00 per hour.
