To assist in the consistent adaptation and adoption of AIC's Information Management Policy across the organisation

To assist in enabling related Data Management policies and executing relevant change initiatives

Support the Data Protection Officer in handling of data sharing request in accordance with AIC Data Sharing Framework

To assist in regular review initiatives to ensure continuous relevance and application of the AIC Data Sharing Framework to division's processes

To support the review of PDPA compliance related aspects throughout the organisation and its partners

Job Requirements:

Degree in Information Science or Business Management with 3 -4 years' work experience

Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in handling information management, protection or/and data governance aspects

Familiarity with Personal Data Protection (2012) and experienced in working within a Data Protection Office or similar would be beneficial

Entry level candidates with relevant skillsets are welcome to apply. This includes background in process improvement methodologies and risk management practices, experience in analysing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate and/or guide stakeholders as part of cross-functional teams to identify and track areas for improvement
