Responsibilities
Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending services
Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams
Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems
Maintain detailed records and follow company procedures
Uphold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings
Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Typing speed of 20+ WPM
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and team spirit
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Conditions of Employment
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results.
