Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending services Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems Maintain detailed records and follow company procedures Uphold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality Candidate Qualifications
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Typing speed of 20+ WPM Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Positive attitude and team spirit Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Compensation & Benefits
Starting compensation is based on experience.
