We’re hiring a
Founding Account Manager
to own and grow relationships with Stuut’s most strategic enterprise and mid‑market customers. You’ll ensure our clients achieve measurable business outcomes through the use of Stuut’s AI‑powered cash flow automation platform—driving retention, adoption, and expansion.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for our portfolio of enterprise and mid‑market customers, ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and renewals.
Lead strategic account planning, success reviews, and performance reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, and Forward Deploy) on integrations and implementation milestones.
Develop account strategies focused on measurable outcomes, ROI, and expansion opportunities.
Manage projects and customer communications to ensure alignment, timeliness, and clarity.
Surface customer insights that inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
Advocate for customers internally to ensure seamless delivery and long‑term value realization.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post‑sales roles in SaaS, fintech, or automation.
Are highly organized and experienced managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
Understand implementations and technical integrations (ERPs, APIs, data workflows).
Excel at relationship‑building with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Are data‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable owning customer KPIs.
Thrive in high‑growth, startup environments that reward ownership and creativity.
Bring curiosity, resilience, and a bias toward action and accountability.
