Position Summary:
We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life across a wide variety of mediums.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working on diverse projects. One day, you might design a new ad campaign; the next, you could be creating event flyers, editing social media videos, or updating templates for our sales and community teams.
You'll collaborate closely with our internal marketing team, supporting all Brohn Homes communities, while ensuring our visuals consistently reflect the quality, warmth, and professionalism of the Brohn brand. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Duties / Responsibilities: Creative Design & Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials across digital and print channels, including ads, flyers, brochures, email graphics, and signage. Campaign & Brand Development: Support new marketing campaigns and community launches, ensuring all creative aligns with Brohn Homes' identity and business goals. Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Create and edit short-form videos and animations for social media, events, and internal storytelling. Community & Event Branding: Design community logos, color palettes, maps, floor plan visuals, and event materials that showcase Brohn's personality and excellence. Template & Asset Management: Maintain and update brand templates in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to streamline collaboration and improve efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams - marketing, sales, design, construction, and leadership - to deliver creative that meets project goals and deadlines. Print & Vendor Coordination: Prepare files for print, manage production specs, and work directly with vendors to ensure top-quality materials and consistency. Photography Support: Assist with photo selection, retouching, and organization for marketing, social, and website use. Brand Consistency: Ensure every piece of creative reflects Brohn's People-First values and visual standards. Qualifications:
5+ years of professional graphic design experience (homebuilding, real estate, or related industry preferred). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus). Comfortable using Canva for quick-turn or collaborative projects. Experience with video editing and motion graphics for digital and social media platforms. Strong understanding of print and digital production processes. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Positive, proactive, and adaptable - able to pivot between tasks while maintaining quality and focus. Working knowledge of photography and photo editing best practices a plus. This is a 100% on-site position based in our Austin corporate office, supporting all Brohn Homes communities.

Work Environment:
This job primarily operates on-site at home construction communities and in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level at each community may be loud regularly.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need.
Travel:
Must be willing to travel dependent on company need to all Brohn locations.
