This job is based in our office in Orlando, Florida. Applicants must either live in the area or be willing to move to Central Florida and work from the office daily.

As a production coordinator, you will support projects in the themed attraction and special venues industry. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills along with a passion for visual effects and immersive experiences. As the central point of coordination, the production coordinator ensures seamless collaboration between leads, supervisors, and other studio workstreams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to keeping the production pipeline efficient and flexible.

Essential Functions:

Maintain a great working relationship between production, supervisors, leads, and artists. Work with creative leads to define, create, and assign artist tasks efficiently while ensuring all necessary references are in place. Maintain and update task statuses in Flow Pro (Shotgrid), ensuring real-time visibility of progress, upcoming deadlines, and artist availability. Organize and facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, and reviews to align the team on priorities and deadlines. Act as a liaison between upstream and downstream teams, ensuring smooth transitions, dependencies, and task handoffs. Collect, organize, and distribute creative feedback, ensuring it is clear and properly documented in production tools. Schedule and coordinate internal and cross-functional reviews. Regularly check in with artists, ensuring they stay on track, have the necessary task information, and are aware of deadlines. Perform additional production duties as required. Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in film, animation, game production, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in production or project coordination role within animation, VFX, gaming, software development, or a related creative industry. Must be comfortable working at an office in an open, team environment. Familiarity with production pipelines and creative workflows. Proficiency in project management tools such as Flow (Shotgrid), Jira, or equivalent tracking software. Understanding of asset management, task tracking, and version control processes. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and documentation tools like Excel and Confluence. Experience facilitating meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items. Comfortable adapting to last-minute changes and shifting priorities while maintaining a positive outlook. Highly self-motivated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

This at-will, in-office position is being hired to support a specific client project. While this role is a full-time position with Falcon's Creative Group, employment will not extend beyond the duration of the project. The assignment will conclude once the project is completed, at which time employment with Falcon's Creative Group will end. The expected project timeline is to be determined. For avoidance of doubt, employment with Falcon's would be at-will at all times, meaning that the employee or Falcon's may terminate the employment at any time (including prior to the conclusion of the project).
