The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story luxury condominium hotel in Downtown Miami, featuring 646 fully furnished rooms/residences, over 19,000 sq ft of amenities, and 5,000 sq ft of retail space. Named after the historic Elser Pier, the hotel continues the shoreline tradition of Biscayne Bay. Overview:
The Room Attendant maintains clean, attractive guestrooms and provides courteous, attentive service to guests. Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards. Complete pre-cleaning duties, including supplies and linen setup for housekeeping carts. Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways. Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed. Restock housekeeping carts for the next day. Replenish chemical bottles. Report missing items (e.g., irons, hair dryers) to Supervisor/Manager. Report maintenance issues immediately. Handle Lost and Found items per standards. Ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, or related experience. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently. Ability to stand throughout the shift. Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly, courteous manner.
