Responsibilities
Drive capital and consumable product portfolio sales addressing respiratory surgical complications in the Operating Room and C-Suite level of hospitals
Develop and execute sales strategies, maintaining accurate forecasts and customer relationships
Identify and close product sales inquiries/leads within the assigned geographic territory
Collaborate with regional field sales teams to achieve target sales goals and drive incremental revenue
Conduct post-sales activities, including implementation, product education, and ongoing support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience
Proven track record of sales success in medical capital equipment and/or consumables
Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client interaction abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of sales experience in the medical device or medical capital sector
Experience selling to acute care hospital operating room environments
Ability to compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
Strong computer skills and business application expertise
Understanding of the medical sales arena and sales processes
