Introduction of new analytics and visualizations that help global senior management gain insight and make decisions. This will be accomplished by leveraging and improving upon existing tools (SQL, Access, Vendavo, BI, Tableau/Power BI, R/Python, and KNIME) to create reports and dashboards that can be used by internal stakeholders. Introduce and establish new technologies and processes (e.g., Database, Statistical Modelling, and Visualization) to enhance ability to deliver business insights. Provide recommendations and guidance to internal stakeholders based upon quantitative and qualitative analysis. Communicate effectively with multiple levels of management, tailoring results and recommendations to meet the needs of different audiences. Provide reports and analysis related to price realization for all key products and key segments within each local market. Develop specific actionable recommendations with reports to assist units in achieving and exceeding price targets. Analyze win/loss data to understand the key underlying drivers impacting price realization in each local market. Manage strategic pricing projects to implement price harmonization across regions; support analyses and synthesis of macro-economic data to help set global prices. Support the development of toolkits to supplement pricing concepts and ideas. Pricing transaction analysis including cost-to-serve, price banding and transaction waterfalls, promotion effectiveness, discounting controls and customer segmentation. Support global deal desk for strategic negotiations; analyze yearly sales and pricing performance of customers, benchmark discounts against similar key accounts; evaluate impact on total revenue and margin; review payment and shipping terms within a contract. Other duties may be assigned. What You Need to Succeed / Education, Experience & Skills

A bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline. An MBA with a specialty in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or Economics is desired. Pricing-specific courses or seminars are highly desired. CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) certification valued. 5+ years in a global corporate environment. Experience in B2B companies is highly desired. Experience with project management, product management, stakeholder management in a matrix environment, and driving action and change through presentations to mid-level and senior management. Strong analytical skills with significant quantitative analysis experience; ability to synthesize quantitative information and communicate observations, implications and conclusions in a business context. Exposure to pricing theory and practice; ability to apply sound pricing principles across various businesses within Mettler Toledo. Our Offer to You
