Overview
Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in MarTech or campaign management domains. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and working with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing and campaign management solutions.
Responsibilities
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management domains
Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP); willingness to work on Naehas offer management
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
Participate in client workshops, support the definition of campaign and offer strategies
Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations
Analyze data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations
Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and platform usage
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management domains
Familiarity with Offer Management platforms (Naehas or similar) and related marketing cloud tools
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and campaign lifecycle concepts
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to elicit and document requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria

Salary Transparency: Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 to $130,000 yearly. This role may be eligible for additional compensation including variable pay, bonus, or commission.
