This role supports the end-to-end coordination and delivery of multimedia content projects across video, written, audio, and digital formats. The position requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in content production workflows, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multimedia content projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely development and delivery of high-quality assets. Project Management
Track timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple content initiatives. Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate project tracking across the Shared Services team, with a primary focus on multimedia content and potential support for Program Management, Community Management, and IT-related projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the first point of contact for internal partners to gather requirements and delegate tasks effectively. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed. Quality Assurance
Monitor stakeholder feedback and ensure timely revisions to content assets. Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve production workflows. Document best practices and share operational insights with the team. Budget & Resource Tracking
Support budget management and resource allocation for content production projects. Problem Solving
Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in production workflows. Communicate challenges and solutions clearly to relevant stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications
Experience in content production across video, written, audio, or digital formats. Strong organizational and communication skills, with acute attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Docs, Sheets, and structured Drive organization. Familiarity with live production, post-production, VFX, and game development workflows and tools.
