Role Purpose

As a Scrum Master/ PM the ideal candidate will be accountable for removing impediments of the team to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are responsible to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of your role is to protect the development team, allow the teams to be self managed, foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand

Required Skills

PRIMARY SKILL: Agile tools (Jira)

SECONDARY SKILL: Tableau

Manage program tracking and performance reporting, build dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics to stakeholders and enhance project visibility. Interpret data trends, develop /track metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to program stakeholders.

Strong documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Technical acumen/ Attention to detail

Develop custom program Tableau dashboards for financial and program deliverables data with enhanced data visualization and reporting to support senior management/stakeholders decisioning.

Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
