Job Description:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables with stakeholders Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with developers, architects, testers, and business analysts Track risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies Oversee SIT, UAT, and go-live activities for successful deployments Provide timely project status reporting and executive updates Manage and groom product backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders Prioritize and track user stories, epics, and tasks to meet sprint goals Remove impediments and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance Foster collaboration between business and technical teams Engage risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to align solutions Oversee configuration and implementation of workspaces, workflows, and dashboards Ensure capabilities through training, demos, and change management Recommend enhancements based on sprint releases and roadmap Maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders and IT teams. Required Skills
Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog tracking, sprint planning, and reporting Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure services, and Agile frameworks Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure Boards, and Agile Lifecycle Management platforms.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
