Role Description
The Feline Pain Associate Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the Pain Team to drive profitable growth for our portfolio of products. As an Associate Manager in the Petcare organization, you will model Zoetis core beliefs and communicate the importance of conducting business in a manner consistent with Zoetis values and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Pain Team to develop, implement, and measure multi‑channel marketing initiatives that support the immediate and long‑term growth of the portfolio.
Support ongoing demand planning and financial forecasting for the products in the portfolio.
Participate in ongoing financial planning and forecasting by ensuring key brand revenues, profit margins, and expenses align with division and company expectations.
Provide support in delivering timely marketing materials and programs to the Sales Force and all channel partners to support growth goals.
Monitor and gather key customer and market insights and monitor competitive activities to incorporate them into effective marketing strategies.
Actively collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Technical Services, Marketing Managers, Commercial Team, Communications, Business Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Learning & Development, Manufacturing, etc.) to drive profitable portfolio growth.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or analysis roles.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Animal health and/or pet owner marketing experience preferred.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Agency management experience and ability to work well in a changing environment.
Prioritization in a fast‑paced environment and ability to lead without authority while working cross‑functionally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets in Excel.
Confidence presenting in hybrid environments (virtual and face‑to‑face).
Strength in team and relationship building with internal and external customers.
Ability to travel to internal and external meetings, and customer interactions (20%).
Location This position may require occasional travel for industry conferences, professional meetings, and collaboration with key stakeholders. Flexibility regarding location and the ability to work remotely or from a corporate office depending on company policy and team needs are allowed.
Compensation and Benefits This position has a U.S. base salary range of $80,000-$115,000. Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the base pay target range for new hires. Additional compensation may include short‑term incentive compensation.
