In this role, your craftsmanship directly supports programs in aerospace, defense, medical, nuclear, and other critical sectors—while creating opportunities for our employees and community. Choose your schedule We’re hiring Level 1-3 CNC professionals for 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm). How you’ll contribute
Own the cell: set up, fixture, build/select tooling, and run parts on turning centers and on 3- and 5-axis vertical/horizontal mills Hit the number: machine to prescribed tolerances from drawings, BOMs, and work instructions while following safety practices Protect the process: comply with Quality Management System procedures and complete required forms Verify results: perform inspections, record measurements, and follow the process routing Leave it better: daily preventive maintenance and end-of-shift cleanup What sets you up for success
Precision CNC background in programming and/or execution across metals, alloys, plastics, and composites Preferred experience: Milling (3-axis, 3+2, 4-axis, Full 5-axis) Preferred experience: Turning (Mill-turn, traditional lathe, swiss lathe) Apprenticeship or Associate’s Degree preferred Ability to read drawings/BOMs and use work aids effectively Math and measurement proficiency: algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, and common metrology tools Growth and rewards
