The HR Manager leads a team of dedicated human resources professionals committed to delivering exceptional service and support to both employees and organizational leaders. They serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees. This role oversees the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding - while fostering a harmonious, inclusive, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversees the HR team, including setting performance standards, evaluating staff, and supporting team members’ growth and development Leads full-cycle recruitment efforts, including marketing, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring for both salaried and hourly positions Responsible for the co-op program and talent pipelines for salaried and hourly positions Develops and oversees onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new hires Serves as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters and recommends appropriate actions in response to performance and conduct issues Strives to ensure fair and consistent application of Allied’s policies Guides leaders in understanding and modeling the Allied Way Leads event planning and internal community building activities Maintains communication channels and ensures employees feel heard and valued Continuously assesses, evolves, and optimizes HR operations including systems, processes, workflows, and service delivery Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Supports administration of absence management including FMLA, Personal Leaves, etc. Ensures progressive HR policies and responds to evolving workforce needs Leads research, projects, and other activities Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in Employee Relations and Staffing At least 5 years of experience leading and developing a high performing team Proven experience supporting manufacturing operations Ability to consult and influence leaders at various levels Experience mediating disputes, navigating sensitive conversations, and building trust Experience implementing creative strategies to attract and retain talent Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills A customer focus mindset and ability to be both strategic and hands-on Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred Experience with HR systems and ATS platforms Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Total Rewards
