Pay & Shift Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour;

paid every week.

Shift : Flexible as Needed

Guard must have open availability.

Who We Need

Unarmed security officers with excellent customer service and security skills.

Minimum 25 years of age, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.

Prior law enforcement, military and/or 1 year of security experience is a plus; training and uniform will be provided to the right candidate.

Willingness and ability to work a flexible roster, 7 days a week.

Reliable transport.

Active cellphone.

Clean criminal background.

Ability to pass a drug screen.

Stand for long periods and perform routine foot patrols.

Responsibilities

Perform both regular and random patrols of multiple premises.

Report any security‑related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences.

Perform control procedures when necessary.

Operate emergency equipment.

Document nightly operations and file weekly reports.

Investigate breaches of property.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Sound communication skills.

Professional presentation.

Ability to work as a team member and solo.

Willingness and ability to work a flexible roster, 7 days a week.

Reliable transport.

Active cellphone.

21 years of age.

Clean criminal background.

Ability to pass a drug screen.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate quickly in emergencies.

Ability to read and interpret written information under various circumstances.

Ability to drive a motor vehicle in the course of duties if required.

Ability to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals and distress against distracting noise backgrounds.

Mobility: walk, run, stand, climb, sit.

Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist‑high, if required.

Good mental health and ability to make instant decisions during emergencies.

Meet state licensing requirements to perform Security Guard/Officer work and obtain the required status, either Armed or Unarmed.
