Pay & Schedule: Pay: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Summary:
The Shipping Packer Operator is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing and incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory , and supporting overall production flow. This role involves both hands-on material handling and documentation to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and process products according to order standards Prepare and verify shipments using scanners and shipping documents Load and unload trucks, move materials, and stock inventory Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse Perform accurate inventory counts and labeling Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and drivers Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions Operate a forklift (training provided) Work overtime as needed for critical shipments Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift Strong attention to detail and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Reliable transportation Forklift experience a plus (training provided) Basic math and computer skills; RF scanner experience preferred
