We are seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer to join our Enterprise Business Systems Management team. The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 (L2) support for Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud applications, ensuring operational excellence and seamless collaboration with our offshore delivery team. This role requires both technical depth and cross?functional communication skills, as youll act as a key bridge between U.S.-based business users and the offshore Salesforce administration team. Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and data issues within Salesforce. Work closely with the offshore lead and support team to ensure timely and quality resolution of incidents and service requests. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations. Maintain system configurations, customizations, and integrations per established governance standards. Conduct user training and documentation to enhance adoption and reduce recurring issues. Partner with internal IT and business teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities. Participate in periodic release testing and change management processes. Team Structure
