The City seeks a technically skilled, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Senior Applications Analyst passionate about optimizing enterprise systems for utility operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in administering, configuring, and supporting platforms like Oracle CCS, Itron AMI, PowerClerk, and SCADA interfaces. Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and system configuration is essential. The candidate should excel in communication, documentation, project management, and cross-functional teamwork, with certifications such as OCP, PMP, or SQL Server being advantageous. Minimum Qualifications

Typically, candidates will have a bachelors degree in GIS, geography, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, plus at least five years of progressive experience in applications analysis, system installation, and maintenance, aligned with business and technical needs.
