About the Role: As a Cash Application Specialist at Financial Carrier Services LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash receipts. You will be a key member of our finance team, working closely with other departments to ensure that all payments are properly applied and reconciled. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be critical to your success in this role. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while adhering to strict deadlines. Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable Responsibilities: Process daily cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding payment issues Assist with month-end close activities Provide support for audits and other ad-hoc projects as needed Skills: In this role, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of cash receipts. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software will be essential to your success.
