Position: Executive Assistant Location: Bismarck, North Dakota Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the President Schedule appointments, meetings and other events, make travel arrangements, prepare and maintain documents and reports. Prepare, process and track expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements Draft correspondence and ensure timely and accurate communication on behalf of the President Serve as liaison between President and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in administrative assistant tasks and confidentiality, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience.
