This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday), offering competitive pay between $25.00-$29.00/hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Be the trusted right hand to multiple C-suite executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing high-level meetings.
- Craft and refine executive communications-emails, reports, presentations-with precision and professionalism.
- Serve as the face of the front office, welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries with efficiency and discretion.
- Oversee office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and event catering.
- Lead logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring every detail is handled.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information with integrity.
- Support special projects and executive initiatives as needed.
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3+ years in executive support or high-level administrative roles
- Proven ability to manage front desk or reception responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Professional presence, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality
