Overview Lushin is an Indianapolis-based Sales and Sales Management consulting group with a 25-year history of guiding growing companies to successful growth. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about helping clients expand their businesses. In this role, you will find new clients and assist them in optimizing their sales processes, building strong sales cultures, and removing operational obstacles that hinder success.

About you You are passionate about helping others succeed in growing their businesses.
You have thick skin
You excel at prospecting, qualifying and closing new opportunities in a competitive market
You have a history of consistently exceeding required quotas and goals
You are highly coachable and admit responsibility for your failures as well as your success.
You must be a pro at developing, nurturing, and generating business from a strong network (either existing or be willing to build one)
You possess a captivating personality that comes alive on the training platform and in different business situations
You excel at working independently, while being a contributor to a team
You have a strong ability to sell not only value, but the value you personally bring to the table.
You are a goal achiever who is willing to be held accountable for reaching your own targets.
You have prior earnings of at least $70k in a selling role.
Requirements A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas is a MUST.
Experience with generating your OWN leads is a MUST.
A proven track record of finding, selling, and closing NEW business is a MUST.
Experience with B2B sales is preferred.
Selling to the CEOs of Small to Medium size companies is preferred.
Experience with generating referrals is preferred.
Experience with the Sandler Selling System or experience selling conceptual services are bonuses but not required.
Experience with selling on LinkedIn is preferred.
Compensation Year 2-3: $100,000
Year 4-5: $225,000 and beyond
