Job Details

The ideal candidate: Has a strong educational background, and 5+ years of substantive experience in the areas of traditional labor and employment law litigation in the private sector. Strong case management skills Experience coordinating matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. Excellent research and writing skills Ability to manage case-load efficiently Previous federal and state court experience preferred Strong transcripts
