Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Prepare and post general ledger entries
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Help generate financial reports for management review
Assist with AP/AR functions as needed
Participate in audits by providing supporting documentation
Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting team
