  • Fatigue analysis with multiple loads (including thermal cycling) and time-step combinations.
  • Execution of casting analysis aimed at predicting micro-porosity for a durability assessment under actual material properties.
  • DoE and optimization analysis to ensure the best trade-off over durability and other performance (weight, NVH).
  • Detailed studies including root cause analysis on issues, identification and validation of enablers.
  • Correlation activities to demonstrate the virtual analysis confidence level.
  • Technical coordination of CAE validations plans for propulsion systems programs including analysis scope / target agreement with stakeholders, timely delivery of status vs target and proactive identification / validation of enablers if target is not achieved.
  • Technical synthesis, reporting and communication with clear takeaways, executive summary and, if needed, root cause analysis and risk mitigation plan.
