About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in staffing and talent acquisition. You’ll learn the ropes of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to coordinating placements, while working closely with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication
• Assist with onboarding and post-placement follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• Spanish and English speaker (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A people-person who enjoys building relationships
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Staffing experience required

• Starting salary of $40,000-45,000 /year
