We've been engaged by a local non‑profit to find their next HR Generalist (potential for Sr. HR Generalist title depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for a 200‑person organization.
• Serve as the primary admin for the organization's HRIS (Paylocity) platform.
• Support employees with benefits, policy, and other HR‑related questions as needed.
• Coordinate training and development and other employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of HR experience, with an emphasis on payroll and HRIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality; highly organized/detail‑oriented.
