Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Job Summary

The Accounting Clerk will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, account reconciliations, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases.
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
