Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Assistant to join our innovative production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our production workflows, contributing to the successful execution of various projects. As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that support our production needs, from pre-production planning and coordination to on-set assistance and post-production follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production setup and equipment organization during shoots.
• Help coordinate schedules and communication between departments.
• Manage and distribute production paperwork, including call sheets and scripts.
• Support the production team in maintaining an efficient workflow on set.
• Run errands and handle non-creative tasks as required by the production team.
• Assist in the preparation and breakdown of production sets, including props and costumes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in film or video production is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Proficiency in using production equipment and software is an advantage.
