This is a great opportunity for a Documentation Specialist providing support to the Engineering and Manufacturing Groups in a fast growing company. Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares and maintains documentation related to the manufacturing of products and sub-assemblies Maintains engineering drawings and documentation Verifies component data and material BOMs from a variety of sources Enters and revises data in MRP and other databases Handles complex transactions requiring attention to detail Resolve issues through development of systems and procedures

Requirements

Education and Experience: Associates degree in Business Administration or technical field 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Required Skill and Abilities: Must be able to multi-task supporting various groups Must possess strong analytical skills, including problem analysis and resolution Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work carefully, methodically and consistently Familiarity with Manufacturing software; Microsoft Navision preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently

Location(s) Employment Type Exempt Wage Information MA: $62,466 - $82,767 US Benefits Information Pay Range : The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Other Compensation : Employees in this role are eligible for additional rewards which could include: Annual Discretionary Bonus or Sales Bonus as Applicable Equity awards as applicable (include for positions that are equity eligible)
