We're looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician who's excited to solve everyday tech issues, learn from experienced team members, and provide excellent support to our clients. What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to and resolve basic technical support requests (Windows, Mac, Office 365, printers, etc.)
Create and manage support tickets using our PSA tools
Assist with user account setup and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Help monitor systems and alerts using RMM tools
Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
Communicate clearly with clients to understand issues and provide updates
What You Bring:
1+ years of experience in IT support or a related field (internships or school projects count!)
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and common software
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
A+ or other entry-level IT certifications are a plus (we'll help you earn them!)
