The CMO will collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, quality assurance, budget management, and overall operational guidance for our centers. The ideal candidate will bring a robust clinical background, particularly as a Site Director in a community health setting. We look for a strong desire to grow into higher leadership roles within our organization. A minimum of 5 years of practice experience, completed residency training in internal or family medicine, and previous experience in a medical leadership role are essential to succeed in this position.
